Unit -Transfer Center- Clinical ICU, ED, or transfer center Experience Required CLINICAL WILL PRESCREEN, MANAGER WILL CONDUCT A 2ND INTERVIEW need 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Common duties/ responsibilities "Facilitate transfers (any patient type) from hospitals within Dignity and outside of Dignity. Will deal with cases after the intake process doing patient assessments vitals, clinical information (patient report). Will find accepting MDs and specialist doctors- have a list of hospitals and services provided and request bed at appropriate facility.
